I told them I did not want the AXi, so they gave me a refund for the price I paid for the AX on the receipt I had attached for them.

Not really sure Heat This was probably about years ago. If I remember correctly, they usually give you a couple of options.

If you fail to ship within that time, you are stuck with both units and you are charged for the warranty drive.
