You have to correct, edit and update the OP from now on. The acronym AD is more often area damage. Also there is a difference between ASI attack speed increased and IAS increased attack speed so both should be mentioned. For reference, IAS is only found on weapons and directly changes the base attack speed of the weapon while ASI are all other sources of attack speed modifiers added up e.
Also, some of those are class-specific like Skull Grasp and Vile Ward. Thanks Iria. I have edited the post to include them. Please help to review it. I have made the post WIKI. You may edit the post. All tables are now in Markdown Table format. I saw that yesterday. I was going to post about it earlier, but never got around to it. This is just one of the nicer features about these new forums. Usually this is done in order to try and win an auction item at a bargain price, or to win a highly desirable item by placing in a last moment "proxy bid" see: 'Proxy Bidding' to overtake other last moment bids. On the other side of the spectrum, sniping also applies for buying out an item that has just been listed in the auction house, and the practice is often referred to as "BIN sniping" see: 'BIN'.
Usually this occurs when an item is priced significantly lower than the market value, thus players attempt to buy it before competitors see the opportunity.

I mean, it causes half the enemies on the screen to fight for you every 45 seconds. With that set up, you can just replace Haunt with Dire Bats or Splinters if you don't like bears. Haunt is NOT something you want to use seriously as your only major form of attack. What difficulty and is your gear relatively up-to-date? I soloed on and off and eventually beat Diablo on Hell on my own without too much trouble.
I did die a lot on the way but that was because I did not have Spirit Walk due to using zombie bears and Vision Quest. I also ran with the templar with his skills build toward healing as my soloing followerer. My dogs did practically died with almost every group of monsters but my gargantuan survived long enough to be resummoned again each time with a refreshed Restless Giant buff. I kept both Big Bad Voodoo and Zombie Wall on cooldown along with my summons and with Vision Quest I had enough mana regen to spam bears and stampede down what monsters I encountered.
Fetish Army I saved for the various elite packs as they do a decent job of "tanking" the mobs. This build and playstyle got me through most of Hell on my own but I still did died a lot mostly due to careless mistakes standing in the bombs and not having Spirit Walk when I really needed it. I however I did have to change my build when taking on certain bosses. Diablo for example I slowly DPS down using a build built around life regen and survivability. Go for the eyes! Dogs, gargantuan and fetish army could all provide disposable distractions to aid u in ur cowardly venture. An ignorant person is one who doesn't know what you have just found out. Elite mob in a dungeon with invincible shield allies super speed and teleportation and trap, how can anyone do this.
